Cancun Private Shuttle

We maintain the flexibility policy where our client is the most important thing in our company, it is very important to know our cancellation policies since they are very important both for our clients and for us as a company.

Cancellations

90% of the reservation will be reimbursed by canceling 24 hours in advance of your arrival, the penalty will cover the expenses generated by the transaction in commission payment generated by the banking institutions, the company will not charge administrative expenses in case of complying with the specified time, to your satisfaction.

With less 24 hours before your arrival and no show, the penalty will be for the total of the reservation, we must mention that this generates an administrative and operational expense, since when reserving we are ensuring a unit for private service, to the destination that you have reserved, therefore that unit is not assigned to another service other than that of our client.

We would appreciate being 10 minutes before the Check In of your transportation, since this is very important to comply with our schedules on time and thus be able to provide you with a better service, such as meeting the arrival on time at the departure of your flight. In case of not finding it, we will have a tolerance of 10 minutes after the time agreed by the client, if after the period of time the client is not found, we will leave a message and immediately register the no show with the aforementioned penalty.

Flight delays

We offer the flight monitoring service, if your flight has been delayed we will perform the service for your comfort, in case of long delays, it is necessary that the client report them by calling our phones or contacting us by mail both for free.

In the departures (returns) the client is responsible for notifying at least 24 hours before his departure, in case he sees any change on the part of the airline.

Forgotten objects

The company is not responsible for objects forgotten in the vehicles, remember that it is your responsibility to verify that you do not leave any object of your belonging in our units, most likely after performing your service that same unit will have more services assigned and any other person could take your belongings without reporting it to the operator. In case it happens, please report it to our phones without any responsibility for the operator as well as for the company, our operators are professionals and in good faith they could find your belongings if you report it on time.

Hotel - Airport Services

In your reservation, the time to come back to the airport will be confirmed, it is very important to be at least 10 minutes before prepared with your checkout made and suitcases ready to board the vehicle since you will only have a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting, that same Unit usually has more services assigned with times and movements already programmed and will not be able to wait for them more than 10 minutes.

Hotel - Airport Services

Reservations 24 hours or less in advance (arriving on the same day of the reservation) will require confirmation by phone, otherwise the service may not be provided and considered as a no show, the no show penalty may apply.
